BESPOKE WEDDING STATIONERY

Bespoke package pricing works on a design fee basis starting at £200 in addition to the cost of your products.

 

Drop me a message if you only need a small package designing. I can then provide you with a quote taking into account the variety of options including different card stocks and special finishes.

Please note due to the nature of bespoke design, I can only take on a limited number of projects a year.

Please allow 8 weeks before your stationery needs to be sent out. This will give time for research, designs, amendments and the printing process on special finishes. If you are pressed for time please contact me, I'm always happy to help and work with you to find a solution

Ordering Process

Your wedding stationery is usually the first glimpse guests get of your wedding style and I love designing to different themes!  If you have any moodboards or pictures of inspiration, it would be great to see them so I can get a clear understanding of the direction you would like to go in.

 

Drop me a message via the contact form with as much detail as possible of what you want designed, and I can also let you know about availability.  Don't worry if you are unsure of what style you want, I'm here to help and we can go through ideas together. If you are local we could even meet for a coffee and go through any ideas you have.

Each bespoke project is completely unique. After an initial consultation, I will send you a tailored quote for your artwork and printing costs.

I then request a non refundable 50% deposit before any design work can begin.

DESIGN PROCESS

I will email digital pdf proofs throughout the design process for you to approve. I will make any amendments you want to the designs, after all this is special to you.

Once the final designs have been signed off, the remaining 50% balance will be required. Once the payment has been received, the stationery will go into print production.

 

Please note it is your responsibility to check all spelling and make sure all information is correct.

Once the approved design has been sent to the printers, it cannot be changed. An extra charge will occur for reprints.

Printing may take 2 - 3 weeks depending on any special finishes applied. Once it comes back from the printers, I will check each piece and hand assemble your stationery if required.

Your design package will then be sent to you via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and signed for.

Delivery charges are dependent on weight. If you're local, I am happy for you to collect your order in person.
